The job can be exercised from Erlangen or another EB location worldwide. Your responsibilities You lead the TA & TM team consisting of 5-6 team members (employer branding experts, global recruiters, and talent consultants); means you assume overall responsibility, including budget and headcount planning, for this team. You are responsible for designing, shaping, developing, and executing end-to-end talent strategies across employer branding, sourcing, recruiting as well as succession planning and talent management to support EB’s business objectives. These strategies also include university liaisons, global onboarding and mentoring. You create future-focused processes and approaches to attract, develop, and retain talent through proven practices and innovative experimentation. You ensure that the processes for filling the talent pipeline are followed and lived. You understand business needs, business strategy and prioritize projects accordingly based on factual data analysis. You identify shifts in talent needs required to meet future business demands. Furthermore, you identify future trends, opportunities and disruptions to the business, and shift workforce strategies accordingly. In international projects, you will develop solutions across the board, tailored optimally to the business need. You will analyze the recruiting performance both qualitatively and quantitatively. Strategic development of the team and ensuring that the team is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties. Your profile You bring a university degree combined with many years of relevant professional experience in the field of human resources, means talent acquisition and talent management (recruiting, employer branding, personnel development, talent management). You also have several years of functional and/or disciplinary management experience in the field of recruiting or HR. You are familiar with the applicant market, the sector specifics and potentially successful recruiting channels. You have a demonstrable track record in setting up a high-performing recruiting and/or talent management unit on your own initiative. You bring project management experience with expertise in scoping, leading and delivering complex programs. Capability to influence all levels of the organization as well as deep strategic and analytical thinking. You bring passion for working in a highly dynamic and multicultural environment with an agile culture and the willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis. Strong intercultural competence, open-mindedness, and customer orientation. First-rate verbal and written communication skills in English.
