As a member of our HR BILLA CEE team, you will make a key contribution to the success of our international business by advising & coaching HR departments from BILLA CEE countries and having a significant contribution to implementation of new strategic projects as HR Business Partner, in Wiener Neudorf. Advising and supporting the management as well as the local HR managers in the CEE country organisations in their strategic and operational HR work Development and implementation of international projects for improving the standards in employer branding, recruiting and onboarding process.
