DEMONSTRATE YOUR EXPERTISE AS STRATEGY CONSULTANT (M/F/D) WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN STRATEGY CONSULTANT (M/F/D) FOR OUR STRATEGY PLANNING & SUSTAINABITLITY TEAM IN AUGSBURG, MUNICH OR BERLIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE YOUR TASKS Support the Head of Strategic Planning Work independently or as part of a team on key strategic initiatives that span across all areas of the business Consult/support the senior leadership team on transformation efforts Help create a strategic KPI framework to ensure transformation execution Consult from a strategic perspective on M&A activity Provide analytical support to selected senior management committees Provide external and competitor benchmarking intelligence for the firm Preparation and follow-up of meetings, conferences and workshops YOUR PROFILE University degree with focus on Real estate management, Economics, Law or similar education Ideally 5-7 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm or in-inhouse consulting team of a relevant industry Asset management industry knowledge (real assets experience preferred) Strong project management and communication skills Outstanding research, analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp of new ideas Exceptionally high level of commitment and solution-oriented approach Very flexible, pragmatic and resilient Very good knowledge of MS-Office, Power Point Fluent written and spoken business Germany and English skills INTERESTED? What You'll Do As a Consultant, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within a BCG project, and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve our clients’ problems. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. You would typically: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Operations area Within your career so far, you have already been able to apply sound Knowledge in the field of procurement in practice Actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization in order to understand their needs and help to influence the client agenda is part of your business Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently are necessary; You have an exceptionally good academic background, ideally from a leading university Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, in addition to a strong presence, team spirit and leadership skills.
