Ihren Aufgaben sind: Kompetente telefonische Akquise und Betreuung von Kundinnen und Interessentinnen Telefonisches und schriftliches Beschwerdemanagement Erstellung und Versand von Präsentationen und Fragebögen Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten der Sales Managerinnen inder Anbahnungsphase Unterstützung der Account Managerinnen im Vertragserneuerungsprozess Bearbeitung der Mailbox zur weiteren Bearbeitung oder Weiterleitung Pflege der Stammdaten in den Systemen Sie verfügen über: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung -HAK-Maturaniveau und/oder einschlägige Fachhochschulausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im telefonischem Kundenkontakt, vorzugsweiseim Telesales oder im Call-Center Outbound Kommunikationsstärke und Kontaktfreudigkeit Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung – Client Centricity is Key Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse - speziell Excel und Powerpoint Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Kenntnisse im MS Dynamicsvon Vorteil Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Für diese Vollzeitposition bieten wir ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab € 35.000,-.
