In order to further strenghten the company´s presence in Austria Adform wants to add a highly motivated and experienced Platform Solutions Consultant (m/f/d) to its Austrian team who has an excellent client service mindset and a passion to look behind the scenes of the ad tech and online marketing industry. Ideally, this person should bring expertise in one or more of the following areas: Ad Serving, DSP, DMP, Creative/Rich Media/DCO, and enjoy maximizing media effectiveness and efficiency by strategically using these systems for the clients and to make solutions that empower the client’s success. Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and other Platform Solutions team members to provide technical and functional needs assessments to prospects and clients. Adform DNA and culture is extremely important and differentiates people and company from competitors Create and maintain relationships with clients, become a trusted partner, and provide service from a technical and functional perspective Act as a tech advisor. Introduce new features, technical functionalities, and best possible technical integration solutions Act as project manager. Internally orchestrate client needs and work closely with Adform’s own customer service and product teams to create the best client experience Attend meetings with clients to oversee market trends and requirements, and educate them to utilize the platform in the best way Conduct and standardize workshops that help to identify the value the platform brings to clients BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience At least 3+ years relevant ad tech industry experience Experience in account management, customer support roles, or consultancy Ability to acquire and share in-depth knowledge of programmatic buying and key business issues that affect the client and industry Strong analytical and technical background as well as business acumen Proactive, strong driver mentality, excellent organization and problem-solving skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Great match to Adform DNA: Open & Caring / Agile & Innovative / Ownership Mindset Experience operating hands-on in other Ad Servers or DSPs – experience in both is a plus Adform system knowledge is a plus Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written Fluent in German A good salary package according to qualification and experience: EUR 50,000 to 60,000 gross annual salary (excl. variable pay) negotiable Variable pay dependent on the results Opportunities to take responsibility and grow professionally Dedicated team of professionals with highly collaborative attitude Varied and fun tasks in an international environment A positive and pleasant work environment Working at a successful company with strong growth
