Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Übernahme des gesamten juristischen Employee Life-Cycle (Onboarding, Recruiting, Personalentwicklung, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, etc.) in enger Abstimmung mit der Wiener Partnerschaft Sie leiten und beteiligen sich aktiv an verschiedenen EMEA weiten Projekten wie Employer Branding und Inclusion, Diversity & Equity sowie Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für Jurist:innen Sie arbeiten als Teil des EMEA Recruitment und Talent Teams zusammen und unterstützen unsere Service Teams bei der Organisation von Mobility- und Learning-Programmen für unsere Jurist:innen Durchführung verschiedener Projekte und Veranstaltungen im Bereich Recruitment und Employer Branding Kooperation mit rechtswissenschaftlichen und wirtschaftsrechtlichen Fakultäten in Österreich sowie mit unseren bestehenden Kooperationspartnern Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im HR-Management, Personalentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung u.ä Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung von „vergleichbaren“ Unternehmen für sämtliche Belange des HR Managements Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und serviceorientiert Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und eventuell mit SAP Success Factors Idealerweise haben Sie eine Affinität zur Anwaltschaft. Your Role You have a dual role - as Senior Transformation Manager in our Group Strategy & Transformation team and in addition as Assistant to our Group CEO (10-20%) You lead international strategy and improvement projects across all units and functions of MM Group (MM Board & Paper and MM Packaging) Examples for such projects are: Re-organization, restructuring, integration of acquisitions, commercial and operational excellence - for inidividual sites or entire business units You are the project manager for these projects - depending on the type of project, you run analyses, conduct interviews and workshops, develop recommendations and action plans, track status and progress - in alignment with team members and senior management In addition, you support our Group CEO on special projects and ad-hoc tasks such as the preparation of stakeholder meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board) or external speeches In both roles, you will have a steep learning curve and a lot of senior management interaction.
