Your Role You have a dual role - as Senior Transformation Manager in our Group Strategy & Transformation team and in addition as Assistant to our Group CEO (10-20%) You lead international strategy and improvement projects across all units and functions of MM Group (MM Board & Paper and MM Packaging) Examples for such projects are: Re-organization, restructuring, integration of acquisitions, commercial and operational excellence - for inidividual sites or entire business units You are the project manager for these projects - depending on the type of project, you run analyses, conduct interviews and workshops, develop recommendations and action plans, track status and progress - in alignment with team members and senior management In addition, you support our Group CEO on special projects and ad-hoc tasks such as the preparation of stakeholder meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board) or external speeches In both roles, you will have a steep learning curve and a lot of senior management interaction.
