Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Sales oder Medienwissenschaften wird vorausgesetzt. Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in einer Marketing-Agentur mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien oder in der Immobilienwirtschaft sind maßgeblich von Vorteil. Zielgruppenspezifische Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (online/offline) für Immobilienprojekte - beginnend bei der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung - sind für dich absolute Routine. Wie die Positionierung von Brands und Immobilienprojekten aussehen muss, weißt du dank deiner umfassenden, einschlägigen Berufserfahrung. Die digitale Welt und alle dazugehörenden Kern-Disziplinen wie zB Data Analytics & Campaigning sind wünschenswerterweise Teil deiner Expertise, aber kein MUSS.
