Develop innovative automation hardware and software concepts for our plant solutions Define the requirements for the automation equipment Align and jointly review interfaces to the process equipment and MES applications Participating HAZOP and LOPA studies Take care about cyper security requirements and solutions Work closely with project management and disciplines such as piping, layout, static and rotating equipment and electrical disciplines both in the proposal and engineering phase Be the interface to the automation hardware and software engineers Lead hardware and software FATs and SATs Be part of the commissioning, start-up, and optimization team In your personal skillset you have Degree level qualification in an automation or process engineering discipline Minimum five years of experience in automation hardware and software design Experience with different industry control systems, Siemens PCS7 system and programming experience is a plus Knowledge about substation systems, experience with protokolls like IEC61850 is a plus. Ability to consult with customers and suppliers about technical design requirements is expected. Explain design solutions in an engaging manner Strong communication, analytical and planning skills Solution/team/customer oriented with the confidence to act pro-actively Fluent in English.
