You as part of the Tonie family: Excited by the idea of growing tonies® digital business by 10X? We are looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Growth Manager with first experience in marketing, product, or consulting. In this position you will be part of the newly formed Digital Growth team which is responsible for driving all growth and marketing initiatives around our digital platform - Mytonies. You will help Mytonies to grow by acquiring, activating, and retaining new users. In this way, you will immediately see the impact of your work and advance our goal of making our digital platform accessible to every tonies® customer. Working on growth topics means to be a hands-on generalist with an incredible ability to try, learn and execute while navigating ambiguity as new opportunities or challenges occur. You will support the development and operation of growth marketing projects from their first concepts, over implementation to ongoing iterations based on user data and market insights. Your tasks: Effectively execute and operate (end to end) growth marketing projects in a timely and considered manner Help to plan and prioritize strategic initiatives based on quantitative and qualitative market research, customer segments, and key use cases Develop the value prop, define the narrative, and deliver inbound marketing campaigns (email, in-app, …) together with our local marketing and content teams Proactively identify growth opportunities and new levers to help move key metrics that can supplement our existing strategies Create and optimize scalable processes and playbooks that are replicable in other markets and will prepare the company for hyper growth Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics Embody a “test and learn” mentality to drive results and be innovative in seeking the best solution Your qualifications: Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment e.g., you were a team member of a startup at an early stage (Seed, Series A/B), took part in a market expansion initiative, etc. Proven record of success: You can showcase a track record of achievements e.g., you contributed to the growth of a tech company or startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities, etc. Strong problem solving skills: You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics and Tableau Desire to drive impact: You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact Project management: You have experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a structured and logical way to ensure you’re always delivering the right work at the right time Communication skills: Apart from developing good working relationships with key stakeholders, you can make a strong business case and convince people to help you execute Last but not leasthumbleness, low ego and empathy Eye catcher: if you have Direct experience with user acquisition channels and messaging or analytics platforms (Klaviyo, OneSignal, Mixpanel, Braze etc.), Worked in the entertainment, kids/toys industry or on content platforms before, Learned a new skill recently, or tackled a challenge lately.
