Acting as the go-to person for all HR relevant topics Providing HR advice and guidance to our managers along the whole employee lifecycle Managing employee relations Ensuring the execution of central HR process within your area of responsibility Developing and executing HR initiatives to support the business goals and foster employee engagement Collaborating with the international HR team to deliver innovative HR solutions Several years of experience in a holistic HR position, ideally in technology area / IT A deep understanding of HR best practices and policies A proven track record of delivering results Excellent English and German language skills Knowledge of Austrian labor market incl.
