Join us on our journey.Professional/Senior IRB Coordination Manager (f/m/x)Group IRB Coordination department is looking for an experienced and motivated IRB Coordination Manager covering IRB and IMA models.We are part of the division 'Group Risk Controlling'. We are the central hub for the communication with banking supervisors regarding IRB (Retail as well as Non-Retail credit risk) and IMA (market risk). In this function the communication process with the group supervisor ECB (JST, FMA/OeNB) and all local supervisors in CEE (National Competent Authorities) is actively managed. What you can expect:Manage (local and group-wide) process of IRB and IMA changes (application process, examinations, ex-ante notifications, ex-post notifications, Group guidelines) and central correspondence with supervisors (SPOC for IRB and IMA applications)Establish reliable relationships with colleagues from credit risk management departments, IT, legal department, Network Units (NWUs), other stakeholders through all hierarchy levels from specialist to NWU CROs in order to discuss and explain IRB requirements and, if necessary, to defend RBI's strategyManage and report from group-wide Model Risk Inventory and contribute to Model Risk Management FrameworkProvide Basel II / Basel III (final) / CRD / CRR expertise on IRB topics and legal interpretations of EU Directives, guidelines and local legislations regarding credit and market risk topicsAssess the impact of regulatory changes / request on RBI assets, processes and methodsTracking of IRB, IMA and other internal models condition status and regularly report to managementWhat you bring to the table:Several years of experience in a supervisory authority, in a commercial bank in risk management, legal or auditExpert knowledge of banking regulation (Basel II / Basel III / CRD / CRR and EBA Guidelines)Interdisciplinary experience in managing projects and optimizing communication for immediate regulatory attention is an advantageTalent to communicate complex matters in an understandable manner, find consensus and develop joined solutionsOpen minded to work in a multi-cultural team which builds on working together and leveraging different expertiseDrive for change and deliveryExcellent knowledge of English, especially for communication with regulatorWhat we offer:You'll work in an international team at a leading bankYou'll benefit from flexible working arrangements and determine your own work-life balanceYou'll benefit from the very latest in tailored professional developmentYou'll earn an appropriate salary starting at EUR 46.500 gross p.a. excluding overtimeRBI AG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
