The Advanced Financial Analyst - Service Task Force (m/f/d) will be responsible for projects to increase revenue, profitability and/or cash for Jenbacher Services business , will assist in leading projects to simplify and automate service finance processes, will drive rigor and improve discipline around key service processes and will perform financial validation of business cases / initiatives. Place of work: Jenbach, Tyrol, Austria. Coordinate projects assigned by Head of Service Finance and Head of Controlling aimed to increase revenue, profitability and/or cash for Jenbacher Services business Independently identify opportunities which help to gain additional revenue / margin / cash for the business Assist in leading cross-functional projects with the aim to improve business performance, eliminate number of manual journal entries, simplify and automate service finance processes Perform financial validation of business cases / initiatives; calculate margin, EBITDA, pay back period, net present value Prepare project plans for key projects / business cases / initiatives that you are working on with key actions items, owners, deadlines and execution tracking Work with key stakeholders to draw process maps for key service processes with risks and controls; assess wing-to-wing processes and identify weaknesses / gaps Come up with potential solutions for gaps identified; select and drive implementation of best possible solutions Liaise and collaborate with Operations and other Finance teams to solve accounting / service finance issues and implement sustainable working solutions Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: first experience working across multiple levels or functions; be able to communicate complex financial information Good experience with financial systems/applications (Oracle, SAP etc.) Excellent Excel skills, experienced with large sets of data Proactive learner, clear thinker, problem solving attitude Flexible and works well with deadlines Fluent in English, German is a plus An innovative and international working environment Flexible working time model (depending on position and role) Health We Care Program – including company sport activities Moving cost support for new employees in accordance with policy Good connections to public transport – station in direct proximity Transportation cost support in accordance with policy One of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various meals Attractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilitie The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.003,80 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience. Join our team now!  In this role you are the key business support analyst for all aspects of the raw material cost at INNIO.  This covers all direct material purchased by the INNIO Group, including our manufacturing sites in Austria and North America.  You own the processes to calculate and track inflation and deflation at a part and supplier level, measure and follow-up on variances versus plans and standards, and are a key interface to the Sourcing commodity leaders and Sourcing PMO. These activities are important to the success of the Operations & Sourcing Finance team and the wider business. Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Initial experience in a finance/controlling role Strong analytical skills and fundamental accounting knowledge Clear thinker, problem solving attitude and a real team player Strong Microsoft Office and excellent Excel skills, experienced with large sets of data, open to improving processes Very good ERP-System experience, Oracle and Tableau are an advantage Flexible, hands-on attitude and works well with deadlines Fluent in English, German skills are desired A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application) Perform monthly direct material inflation/deflation analysis, follow-up with responsible Sourcing owners and ensure validity of results before the timely report out to management Plan and forecast future inflation/deflation on a regular basis in coordination with the Sourcing team. Convert this also into planned P&L impacts versus the standard costs of material Analyze variances between purchase and invoices prices versus INNIO standard prices. Check root causes and identify issues for monthly reporting to management Own the coordination of the annual raw material standard cost update together with the Sourcing team. Ensure high level of data accuracy.
