Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Establishing and leading the Supply Chain organization for the newly created CMO platform. • Setting up relevant Supply Chain processes and parameters in a lean and effective manner to enable a fast and smooth execution of customer orders. • Managing and Steering a portfolio of different Supply Chain projects across the entire supply network (3 dedicated sites in Europe and Asia plus further production lines in other sites). • Support E2E Planning parameter governance & management across the entire supply network. • Collaborate with supplier relationship teams (cross-functional teams incl. key operational functions) and Global SC functions in LMO to establish the optimal “demand & supply plan”. • Facilitate monthly IBP process and act as Single Point of Contact for CMO platform. • Facilitate the search for alignment in the case of divergent proposals concerning the use of the site's capacities in the medium and long term. • Establish an effective governance model for the Platform to review and regularly assess the SC service effectiveness and relevant adherence to the defined requirements and standards (incl. What you’ll bring to the role: Essential: • University degree in life sciences, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience. • 7 years’ experience in a variety of Supply Chain and Data analysis roles within different stages of supply chain processes, for large multi-national organizations. • High degree of competence in SAP (preferably MM, SD and/or PP), Data analysis and performance measurement and improvement. • Broad knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management. • English – fluent written and spoken, German as second language – preferred. Desirable requirements: •Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment. •Excellence in project management and change management.
