TheService Owner definesthe strategy and drives the planning, implementation, operation, continuous improvement and further development of the service Reports to Head of Global User Care and Operations Management Team Drive the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the service and all related processes,procedures and guidelines Requirementsengineering in alignment with all relevantstakeholders Drive the definition and implementation of needed asset types including definition of mandatory/optional data fields,processes,workflows and responsibilities Identify needed data sourcesand organize needed synchronization andautomation Define, measure and report KPIs in alignmentwith all relevant stakeholders Define functional specification sheets based on requirements in close cooperation with the Jira SMEfor thetechnicalimplementation Order and verify the technical Jira tool implementations Drive continuous improvement of thedata quality and data completeness of the CMDB and their data sources bytriggeringneededactions and developingeffective procedures Ability and motivation to work independently and within virtual global teams Ability to motivate people and get things done Solution focused and customer oriented Good overall IT knowledge and experience Knowledge and experiences with CMDB beneficial Good English Communication skills, both written & oral Andritz AG offers a secure job in an innovative and international company with long-term development opportunities.
