The position will be directly reporting to the Head of Functional Controlling. Your ResponsibilitiesActing as a trusted business partner to interface with leaders in Operations Department in all financial elements.Developing Dashboards & presenting KPIs success factors (soft & hard) to frame the finance reports in Operations Department. Ability to tailor to fit to audience, and articulate complex positions in a compelling way.Proactively monitor, analyze key data related to performance measurement for dedicated business areas/departments and conduct cross functional reviews.Collaborate and contribute in cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc reporting.Your ProfileBA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.3-5 years’ experience as Financial Analyst or Plant Controller (preferably in a manufacturing company), engineering working experience in a manufacture is an advantage.
