In this position, you’ll be in the driver’s seat for the UX and UI of the Design Systems that a wide range of design teams, engineers and product managers use to design and develop products, platforms and services at Red Bull.With a system-oriented mindset, you’ll set a high standard for user experience design, integrating best practices for creating and governing best-in-class Design Systems.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Design System – VisionIn this role, you’ll act as a strong sparring partner for our Design System leadership, contributing to the vision of Design Systems at Red Bull and set strategic goals that ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across all products and platforms. You’ll strive for best-in-class Design Systems and continuously improve and evolve by closely following up on industry trends, emerging technologies and design best practices.Design System – Mentoring & GuidanceLast but not least, you’ll be mentoring UX designers and provide guidance, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team and across our UX organization while consistently setting and maintaining high benchmarks.Design System – UX Design & ImplementationFurthermore, you’ll drive large scale initiatives with the ability to translate business and user needs into UX standards, frameworks and guidelines that follow a systematic approach with a clear separation of concerns. You’ll also collaborate closely with UX peers within cross-functional teams, providing strong direction, guidance and collectively drive holistic UX solutions.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:4+ years experience working in product or service design, showing excellence in visual design and brand craft.Fluent in English both written and orally. Track record of creating impactful digital products as well as design systems and processes.Deep understanding of creating usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to a large number of users.Experience in contributing to lower-level decision-making and directing broader strategy.Enthusiastic about digital product design, user experience design, and the broader digital industry, with a particular passion for design systems.Highly proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, with the ability and openness to get up to speed with new emerging technologies quickly.Excellent presentation, documentation, and organizational skills.Basic understanding of web development and web technologies.Persistent, systemic, and analytical thinking with an attention to detail.Curiosity-driven mindset with a high degree of independence and reliability.Travel 10-20%JOIN THE TEAMGot what it takes?In your application we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us.Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
