As a Sales Training Specialist you will be responsible to review, design and facilitate training curricula for our different Sales functions, consult Sales Directors on L&D challenges and promote our Sales L&D Program.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:TRAINING CONTENT + DEVELOPMENTIn this role, you'll be developing and maintaining new training programs tailored to the evolving learning requirements within the Sales Organization, encompassing both face-to-face sessions and e-learning modules. Additionally, you'll design comprehensive training curricula to enhance the capabilities and skills of our global Sales team. You would also be responsible for refining the Sales onboarding program and providing support for new hires training as well as reviewing and future-proofing existing training materials and content.TRAINING FACILITATIONYou'll provide assistance in facilitating sales training sessions and coordinate the planning, development, and execution of pre- and post-training event activities.LEARNING NEEDS ANALYSIS + MARKET CONSULTINGYou would be conducting skill gap analyses in collaboration with our Global Talent Team, internal Subject Matter Experts, and the Leadership team to pinpoint areas for improvement. Additionally, you would regularly review the training portfolio to identify and address any gaps. You would be also responsible for providing consultation to Market Sales Directors regarding questions and challenges in learning and development.COMMUNICATION AND PROMOTIONYou'll assist in creating and maintaining global program communication across our intranet and Learning Management System. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
