Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) Your Opportunity As part of an international and motivated team of account executives, you will take a key role in taking care of incoming leads. Your role will be to qualify leads from Marketing and analyse these based on our BANT framework in order to help our account executives. In addition, you will have an active role in scouting & researching for new business opportunities in our core industries & regions. Joining FireStart in this role is an entry ticket to our growing software scale-up with multiple opportunities to develop within our organisation. Your Responsibilities Contact incoming leads and qualify them by using our BANT framework Prospect, identify, and develop the sales pipeline in close cooperation with our team of account executives Lead scouting and generate lists of potential customers (by region, industry, use case, ) Research information about open tenders and support with the application process Communicate with interested prospects and schedule demo calls for the account executives Create and update lead reports Your Background First professional experience from a related field (as a working student, from internships or other junior positions) A driven and passionate personality who wants to make a difference Ability to communicate clearly and to work autonomously Strong motivation to join an ambitious startup Open personality with a growth mindset and willing to work in a fast-paced start-up environment Experience with Salesforce is a big bonus Fluency in German and English What awaits you at FireStart Our Values We grow and succeed together: by helping each other to succeed as a team while developing as individuals too.
