The successful candidate will play an essential role in managing SAC’s Higg Index Facility Modules, the Higg FEM & the Higg FSLM which enable thousands of apparel, footwear, and textile manufacturing facilities worldwide to track their progress in improving environmental performance and protecting the well-being of their workers. This role requires an expert in the field of supply chain engagement and factory-level sustainability management, who is experienced and confident with facilitation of diverse stakeholder perspectives. This role also will require familiarity and experience working with environmental and social & labor metrics and data analysis. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manage Higg Facility Tools development: Lead planning and involvement of SAC members and stakeholders to shape content and methodology of the Higg Index Facility Environmental and Social/Labor assessments. Support the technical development and scoring of both Higg Facility Modules. Support technology development and testing of the Higg Facility Modules on the Higg.org platform Provide expertise on environmental & social & labour subject matter. Engage with the external stakeholders such as the ILO / Better Work team, Social Labor Convergence Project (slconvergence.org) on the Higg FSLM content, program, work plan and tools.
