Du bist eine:r unserer Content-Manager:innen im PlusClub. Das heißt, du kümmerst dich um unsere PlusClub-Angebote und betreust die Social Media Kanäle des PlusClubs. Du machst unsere Kund:innen glücklich und kümmerst dich um ihre Anfragen zum PlusClub oder überrascht sie mit unseren Gewinnspielen. Customer Experience/Website/Portale: Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung der Kelag-Website mit und übernimmst eigene Teilprojekte. Keine Sorge, du musst nicht programmieren. Du setzt Vertriebsanforderungen in digitale Projekte um, indem du eng mit internen und externen Partner:innen zusammenarbeitest. Du sammelst wertvolle Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Customer Experience, Usability, Anforderungsmanagement und Projektmanagement. Du machst interessante Analysen von digitalen Vertriebstools und gewinnst Erkenntnisse für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung. Du bist aktiv im Bereich CRM, Kunden- sowie Vertriebspartnerportal involviert. Du studierst Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften/Publizistik, Digital Business Management, Informationstechnik, Informatik/Informationsmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Marketing Du hast sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office, Kenntnisse in Adobe Photoshop) und bringst eventuell sogar HTML-Kenntnisse mit?
