PSC Public Software & Consulting mit Sitz in Raaba betreut mehr als 300 Gemeinden in allen IT-Belangen der Verwaltung. Wir sind ein stark wachsendes Unternehmen und suchen daher für die Betreuung unserer Kunden Verstärkung für unser Team in der Personalverrechnung am Standort Klagenfurt. Sie betreuen Kunden mit Personalverrechnungssoftware vor Ort bzw. aus dem Office Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden bei Fragen und Anwenderproblemen, die über unser Serviceportal einlangen Sie führen die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung unserer "all-in" Kunden eigenständig und eigenverantwortlich durch Sie sichern die kontinuierliche Kundenbetreuung im Office ebenso wie vor Ort Sie halten Kundenseminare und Workshops in unserem Seminarzentrum oder mit Webinaren Sie erstellen und aktualisieren Handbücher und Seminarunterlagen Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung als Personalverrechner mit abgeschlossener Prüfung (z.B. Execution of different test methods such as feature tests, integration and system tests, regression tests, performance and load tests. Analyze and troubleshoot issues, verifying if they come from the backend or frontend, directly test the API's in conjunction with the frontend. Maintaining close cooperation and coordination with the development team to ensure smooth collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Good spoken and written English skills, German is an advantage. We will consider this as an advantage: ISTQB or similar software testing certification. Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Cypress, Karate, Selenium, Appium, or similar. Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, php, Python…) for automation purposes. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 2.854,- per month (full time - 38.5h/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement.
